I Don’t Care. Oil, acrylic, Dollar Bills on Canvas. 48″X36″. 2011.
I Don’t Care was painted in 2011 and was a clear prediction of revolution, protests of Ukrainians against of Yanukovich dictator on Maidan. Oksana Tanasiv painted Yanukovich, president of Ukraine, without face as a sign of shameless corruption, violance and repressions; without a chair – as a sign of a fake election and falsifications; cracked ground – as a sign of economical crisis; black people as a sign of ignored protesters.
